Shipping Methods:

     All leather products and leather craft supplies are normally shipped through the Post Office by Expedited or Express Post in Canada and by Small Packet Air Mail, Expedited or Express Post to the United States.  We also ship through the post office to Europe and Australia.  When ordering online, you can choose which of these shipment methods you want. During the order process, the shipping cost choices are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and based on your shipping address.  Shipping costs are in addition to the advertised unit price.  All leather products, custom leather work and leather craft supplies priced on this web site are advertised in Canadian currency.

Time To Make And Ship:

     Our leather craft supplies are stock items so they are normally shipped on the next business day after you order.  However since we are a custom shop, our leather products are made before they are shipped.  To see how long it takes to make our belts, dog collars, guitar straps, cases, coin purses and wallets,  read our notes on important shipping information .

Payment Methods:

     All leather products, custom leather work and leather craft supplies priced on this web site are advertised in Canadian currency.  Payment must be received in full before we make and ship your order.  
     Our Canadian customers can pay by money order, Visa or MasterCard when ordering.  We do not accept personal checks.  Business checks are accepted from businesses.  However there could be a delay with checks since they must clear the bank first before we start your order.
  Credit is only given to repeat Canadian business customers that have an excellent credit rating with Equifax/Creditel.
     For our American customers, Visa or MasterCard will convert our Canadian currency prices to U.S. currency on your Visa or MasterCard bill.  Some banks and credit card companies may also charge a small currency conversion fee or transaction fee.  If a postal money order is sent from the U.S., please make sure it is an international money order because the domestic postal money orders cannot be deposited in Canadian banks.  Money orders from banks are fine.  Please make sure the money order is in Canadian currency.

     All prices on our website are in Canadian currency.  If you are ordering from a country other than Canada, click the currency converter button on the top of the page, enter the price and your country to see what the price will be in your currency for custom leather guitar straps, custom leather knife cases, leather coin change purses, leather wallets, personalize dog collars, solid brass belt buckles, strap buckles, personalized leather name belts, big and tall leather belts, leather hides, leathercraft tools, swivel snaps, rapid rivets and D rings.

Minimum Order:
    
We have a $10.00 Canadian currency minimum order requirement before shipping costs and any applicable taxes because of the time and cost required to process orders.  Therefore if you want an item that only costs a couple dollars, please consider ordering a few more items so your order will add up to at least $10.00 Canadian currency.

These buttons are found throughout our website for purchasing items through our shopping cart. 
Some products will have product options such as color and size that will appear on the shopping cart page.  For those product, after you choose your product options, you must click add to cart again to save your product option choices.
     If you want to buy different items after you add the item to the cart, then click return to store (found at the bottom of the page) and continue shopping.  You can then finalize your purchase at checkout.  When you are looking around our website, you can click the view cart button (found at top of page) anytime to see what items you have picked and then finalize your purchase at checkout.
     During checkout, shipping costs to your location are calculated after you enter your complete shipping address.  You will  then be given some shipping options to choose from in a drop down box.
     Some products such as leather craft supplies are in stock ready to be shipped but other leather products have to be made before they are shipped.  For information on how long it takes to make your product before it is shipped see the info on important shipping information .  It also covers information on your receipt.
     Make your choice of payment by Mastercard, Visa or money order.  Items are not shipped until the money order is received or your credit card is successfully processed.  See info below on money orders.  Check over your information and click Submit Order to finalize your purchase.

  This button is found mostly found on our promotional products web pages.  Our promotional products are for large quantity orders.  This is a form requesting a quote.  You will fill out your mailing address and type what you want us to quote on.  We normally email you back a quote within 24 hours with a link to a secure payment site for you to confirm the order by Mastercard or Visa.

Order By Mail with a Money Order:

Money orders from the U.S. must either be from a bank or as an international money order from a U.S. post office.  Do not send a domestic money order from a U.S. post office because it can't be cashed in Canada.  Money orders from Canada can be from a bank or a Canadian post office.
