Our leather craft supplies (hides, buckles, snaps, rivets, tools, dyes etc.) are normally shipped on the next business day since they are stock items. However since we are a custom leather shop, our leather products (belts, guitar straps, dog collars, wallets, coin purses etc. ) have to made before they are shipped. The time to make different leather shown below are the normal time to make before they are shipped. You must add the appropriate number of days to the shipping time to allow us time to make your leather product or to package your leather craft items. However if we receive an excessive amount of orders or during busy times or during holidays, leather products could take slightly longer to have made. Therefore if you have a deadline such as Christmas, a birthday or a vacation date, give us a call, send an email or write it in the order instructions/comments during the checkout process to let us know of your deadline.

All leather products and leather craft supplies are normally shipped through the Post Office by Expedited or Express Post in Canada and by Small Packet Air Mail or Expedited Post to the United States. We also ship by air through the post office to Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia. When ordering online, you can choose which of these shipment methods you want. During the order process, the shipping cost choices are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and based on your shipping address. The shipping costs are then displayed for you to choose from before you pay for your order. Shipping costs are in addition to the advertised unit price. All leather products, custom leather work and leather craft supplies priced on this web site are advertised in Canadian currency.
All prices on our website default to Canadian currency. If you are ordering from a country other than Canada, click the currency converter button on the page for the country you want listed. Please note that leather is a natural material as opposed to a manmade material Therefore some small blemishes are natural such as scratches, wrinkles, insect bites and natural healed scars. These small blemishes do not affect the durability of the hide. We preserve the natural hide markings on our products which shows the authenticity of the leather. One of the beauties of leather is that no two hides are alike. Because each hide has different markings, each hide takes the dye coloring slightly different on the leather product made.
The color of the actual product may vary slightly than what is shown on our website for a number of reasons. Due to the wide range of monitors, monitor color settings, brightness settings etc., the products will display slightly different on a variety of monitors. Also leather is a natural product so each piece of leather absorbs dye slightly different. Some hides may require us to apply more dye or natural oils to make the finished leather item have balanced coloring which results in a slightly darker shade.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. All orders must be paid in full before they are made and shipped. If you visit our shop you can also pay by cash but please do not mail cash. We don't take personal checks.
United States - All the leather products made by us are custom duty free when shipped to the U.S. because of the North American Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the United States. Leather craft supplies shipped are duty free if the total value of the shipment is under $200. Most of the leather craft supplies are still duty free even if the parcel is valued over $200 since a lot of our leather craft supplies are made in Canada and the United States.
Canada - No custom duties.
Other Countries - Custom duties and charges vary between countries. Check with your own country's custom's office or post office regarding these charges if you want to know the exact amount before ordering. These are charges by the customer's country's government, not by us.
Sometimes if the post office of the customer's country has to collect custom duties and charges, the post office will charge a c.o.d. fee to collect the money on behalf of their government.
Since we are a custom shop, products are made to your specifications. Custom made items and imprinted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. For plain stock items and leather craft supplies that have not been used, we will refund the price of the item or exchange it once we receive it but can not refund the original shipping cost. For an exchange of a leather craft supply or plain leather item, the customer must also pay the additional price to reship. Also, the expense of shipping to return the item is the responsibility of the customer. We only accept returned items that are shipped through the post office as couriers will charge us a brokerage fee when we receive it if shipped from outside Canada. If it is returned from outside Canada through any other way but though the post office we will not accept it because of extra charges that will be billed to us. When you go to the post office, just ship it by the cheapest slowest way and mark on the custom's sticker "Returning to seller as not acceptable" if you are outside Canada. Let us know when you ship it so we can be expecting it.
